This document and all associated policies and other documents explicitly referred to and/or linked to within this document are the "Terms of use" for the Yoga Therapy Association Website
These terms of use govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with these terms of use or any part of these terms of use, you must not use our website. When you register with our website, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms of use. If do not register, some information and functionality will not be available, but these terms of use still apply.
These terms of use may be changed at any time; changes will be applicable from the date of posting and will be posted on the website. Registrations prior to amendments will continue to be subject to the terms of use applicable at the date of registration. Renewals and new registrations will be bound by the latest terms of use.
When you use our website, you agree to do so in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations, consistent with these terms of use and does not infringe the rights of anyone else. We reserve the right to deny access to our website without notice.
Definitions:

“We/Us”- means the Yoga Therapy Association and its officers.
“Our” shall be interpreted accordingly.
“Content”- means any and all the content submitted or uploaded to the website by you and other users, including names, images, pictures, photographs, video clips, biographical information, text, logos, marks and any other information and materials.
“Marks”- means the logo, service marks, and trademarks used in the Content.
“Community”- members/non-members of the Yoga Therapy Association that use and/or take part in the website, social media outlets, events, trainings, meetings.

2.) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logo contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned and controlled by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other property rights. The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “as is” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purposes whatsoever, without our express prior written permission. Any copying of Content by downloading or printing to which you have properly gained access is solely for informational, personal, and non-commercial use. We reserve the right not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content, and the Marks.
3.) Licence to use website and documents or other material downloaded from the website
Without prior permission in writing, for which a fee may be charged, you must not:

4.) Registration Process
Registration is for single user only. To register with the Yoga Therapy Association and to use this website you will need to provide a verifiable email address, a user name, and complete all required fields requested on the registration form. You will also need to agree to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Code of Ethics. You will agree to keep you user name and password secret by not disclosing it to anyone, not allowing anyone to access your account and logging out at the end of your session. Any changes to your personal information or if you believe site access has been breached and someone else may know your password and user name you must contact us immediately or login to the Site and change these immediately.
5.) Restricted access
Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password are kept confidential. You must notify us in writing/email immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or password. You are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your password confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure. You must not use any other person's user ID and password to access our website. We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.
6.) Registered Users Responsibilities
Registered Users who are given permission to create and share Content agree to uphold to the Yoga Therapy Association’s Code of Ethics. To this end will: Act with integrity, professionalism, and honesty Respect users/colleagues' confidentiality and interests Safeguard that the communication and content is not derogatory, misleading or damaging to the reputation of the profession of yoga therapy or any of the members of the Yoga Therapy Association as well the public opinion regarding these ideals and people. These ideals also apply to non-members that take part in the community of the Yoga Therapy Association.
7.) Disclaimers
We do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, reliability of or otherwise with regards to the content available on the website. The website content is provided ‘as is’ and on an ‘as available’ basis without warranty and we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. Whilst we take due care to ensure registration and payment transactions are completed using secure links, the security of information transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. We therefore, unless proven negligent, will not be liable for any loss suffered if a third party obtains unauthorised access to information you have provided.
8.) Links
This site may contain links to other third-party websites for your use. We have no jurisdiction over these sites or their contents and therefore inclusion on our site does not imply endorsement or association with the sites. Inclusion of links to our website from yours is permissible on the understanding that; Linking text consists of the website address. Marks are not removed, distorted or altered, and only used with the permission of Yoga Therapy Association. You do not misrepresent, make derogatory or misleading remarks on Yoga Therapy Association. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to link to our website at any time.
9.) Fees
We reserve the right at any time to charge fees for the use of the whole or any part of the website that is currently provided to you at no cost and/or membership. We accept debit and credit card payments only and will use Stripe to process your payment.
10.) Refunds
You have a legal right to cancel your membership within 14 days if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to continue the membership. Your legal right to cancel starts from the date on which we confirm application for membership has been accepted or from renewal date. We will refund you the price you paid for the membership minus an administration fee. Cancellations made after the first 14 days of membership or renewal do not qualify for a refund. 11.) Breaches of these terms of use
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms of use in any way, we may:
(a) send you one or more formal warnings
(b) temporarily suspend your access to the website
(c) permanently prohibit you from accessing the website
(d) block computers using your IP address from accessing the website
(e) contact your internet services provider and request that they block your access to the website
(f) bring court proceedings against you for breach of contract or otherwise
(g) suspend and/or delete your account with the website, and/or
(h) delete and/or edit any or all of your user generated content
Where we suspend or prohibit or block your access to our website or a part of our website, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition or blocking (including without limitation creating and/or using a different account).
12.) Law and jurisdiction
These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms of use will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
